Do as many rounds as you can in 18 minutes
- 10 Push ups
- 6 High knees – 6 Superman
- 10 Tuck jumps
- 15 Dips
- 50 Bicycle abs
- 50 Single Jump ropes
*This week is race week, I am running a marathon this Saturday! ek. So, the workouts will be challenging, but I will not be doing any real-time workouts this week, in an effort to save my muscles. If there is not a video, the workouts will be extra Simple! I hope you all have a great week and I look forward to more real-times, real soon!
