Hey everyone! This is Matt, and I’m bringing you the workout today. I’m at a conference in New Jersey, and had to take the computer, and Morgan way of uploading the video to you. But never fear, this is actually a great opportunity! One of the cool things I can do now is look at my surroundings and see what could be used as exercise support. A big rock becomes my place for box jumps, an overhanging tree branch offers pull ups, or a bench in my hotel room for dips.
The idea is that you define your workout environment. Beyond even using your own strength for pushups, squats, and all the other movements we’ve done, continue to look for fun ways to create fitness in the world around you. Opportunities abound!
