This is probably my biggest struggle as an athlete. I am not flexible. I can never remember a time in my life when I was flexible. I was the 5th grader who always just missed the presidential award because I couldn’t get more then a few inches on the V-SIT reach; you know what I’m talking about. I know all the reasons why stretching is good for me, but like all things that are difficult for us, we find excuses and put it off for the “next time”. So in an effort to help myself, I’ve found some simple yoga poses you can do anywhere, that are bound to have positive effects.
