I am really excited to bring new workouts to you every week! These workouts will essentially be quick and staying true to The Simple Gym ideals, you will need little to no equipment. Just grab some water, a watch if you have it, and get ready to sweat!
Workout 1
Tabata workout: 20 seconds of work/10 seconds of rest. You are doing 1 movement for a total of 4 minutes. Then move to the next one for a total of 16 minutes, phew!

Workout 2
This workout is going to be for time, so get in as many rounds as you can!
Total time: 14 minutes
10 burpees
25 dips
18 squats
50 bike abs
20 tuck jumps
Workout 3
50 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest

Reverse push ups
Mountain climbers
