Monday:

  • Tababta: 16 minutes
  • 20 seconds of work 10 seconds of rest.
  • 4 minutes per movement than go to the next.

Tuesday:

  • 50 seconds/10 seconds rest
  • 12 minutes total
  • 3x thru

  2. Push to plank
  3. Monsters Walk
