As a fitness enthusiast, I’m always trying to incorporate fitness in to every day. Sometimes it is tough to get in a workout, but that is why quick 12-15 minute workouts are so amazing for you! You get your heart rate up, you sweat, and you burn workout calories all day long!
Managing fitness and eating habits on our own can be hard. When we aren’t accountable to anyone, why not munch on the birthday cake or grab another handful of chips? If no one is checking on you, maybe we can hit the snooze one too many times and miss our workout. We are all human and things happen, but what I’m offering is a chance to help you reach your goals!
This isn’t a once a week thing, this is EVERY DAY! I will be in contact with you every day to help you meet your goals, it’s a complete team effort! What good is meeting someone at the gym once a week, if every other day is a bust?
What you can expect:

- We set up a time to talk.
- We start. I’d like the first talk to be a call, if you can’t, shoot me a long email about your goals, what life looks like now, etc. This helps me get a good baseline assessment. I want details.
- We check in with each other every day. We can talk over Facebook messenger, text, or email. You can check in at night, or right before you partake in the office birthday cookies!
- You feel awesome because you see a difference and feel a difference!
