
Everyone is going to be frantic about weight loss and fitness come December 31, 2017. That is a month away. Let’s get a jump start on this and start today!
I can’t think of a better exercise to add to our already awesome workouts than push ups. This is going to be a December Challenge!
In addition to the workouts I want to add 25 push ups to every day. If we complete 25 push ups every day for the next 31 days, thats 775 push ups, thats a lot! Think of how amazing and accomplished you will feel by the end of it all.
You can do regular push ups, you can do reverse push ups, you can do elevated or modified, at the gym, work, or home. It doesn’t matter how or where you do them, lets just get it done together!
Every day, I will post myself completing the push ups in my instagram story, @thesimplegym. This will help me stay accountable for them too.
Below I’ve added short videos of the different push up variations, so we can be creative.
Let’s not wait until 1.1.18, lets start now and see what 1.1.18 looks like!
