
We have talked about inflammation before and how some inflammation can be good, but often it is not great. I recently read Earthing by Clinton Ober, Martin Zucker, and Stephan Sinatra. It was incredibly fascinating. The power of touching the earth is incredibly beneficial. I have really been able to tell a difference since I began Earthing several times a week. And when it warms up, everyday!
If I feel a headache coming on, or have really sore muscles from a tough workout, I go touch the earth. It is calming, and I feel completely centered afterwards.
I haven’t taken any ibuprofen in 6 month!
