30 days have passed since The Simple Gym launched, and the community that has gathered has just been awesome!
On launch day, the workout was a great measuring stick for your current fitness level. Now, 30 days in, you’re going to re-do that workout and see how far you’ve come! If you have been keeping a list of your workout times, go back and check what your results were on January 1st, and compare with today’s. I would LOVE to read what your results are!
I want everyone to know how thankful I am we are all working together, all over the world. I hope that when you do this workout today, you’ll realize the strength of your own will to achieve something that may have been tough for you. We’ve had a lot of tough workouts, muscle soreness, and tired limbs. But we’ve kept going on, and now we’re stronger, physically and mentally. Use this strength in other areas of your life, tuck it inside you when work is tough, when parenting is tough, or school is tough. Life can be tough, but those moments usually hold great rewards. Know you are tough enough!

Do each exercise only once
45 seconds of work/15 seconds of rest
Push Ups
High Knees
Tuck Jumps
Bicycle Abs
Squats
Burpees
Dips
Mountain Climbers
Straight Crunch
Elevated Push Ups
