- *1 minute run
- 10 push ups
- 1 minute run
- 10 crunches
- 1 minute run
- 10 squats
- 1 minute run
- 10 jumping jacks
- 1 minute run
- 10 lunges (5 each leg)
- 1 minute run
- 10 mountain climbers
- 1 minute run
*jog in place for 30 seconds or 1 minute :), or jump rope.
