I can not believe it is July! Hey Everyone, this was a super fun workout for me. I hope you all enjoy it too! It is a ladder workout. There are only 3 movements so give it all you got!
Warm Up (about 3 minutes)
- Up Dog– really stretch out your calf muscles.

- 20 1/2 Burpees
- 15 Quick feet push ups
