Hey Everyone, hope you all had a great weekend. This workout is just 3 movements. It is quick and gets the heart rate up.
For each movement we are working for a total of 5 minutes before moving to the next movement.
It is 45/15 seconds of rest, for a total of 5 minutes. The quads will be screaming, but keep going!
